Reiki is a non-intrusive complimentary treatment. It works well alongside other conventional treatments or medicine and provides emotional support, pain relief and relaxation either alone or alongside other treatments. You remain fully clothed and sit on a chair or lie on a therapy bed. A series of hand positions are placed near or on the body. There is no massage. Reiki works well for those who do not like to be touched or who struggle to access talking therapies. There are no known side-affects and we cannot diagnose. If there are concerns, you would always be directed to your GP.
Science has proved the benefits of both Hypnotherapy and Reiki.
